Purpose of the study. Assessing students’ satisfaction on school meal. Materials and methods. A survey was conducted 395 elementary students 232 high students) schoolchildren for assessing with Results. The analysis questionnaires showed that 55% respondents eat in cafeteria, half them are satisfied menu, they also consider food healthy complete. main reasons refusing hot meals are: cold (49%), lack time eating small portions (44%), unsatisfactory taste qualities products offered (38%). Most paid attention to monotony side dish (buckwheat porridge), absence vegetable salads menu need increase amount poultry meat (chicken). More than (69%) regularly buy buffet products, represented mainly by dough (pies, buns, etc.).
